I didn't even leave my pets here to know what a terrible establishment it is! I had made a booking for my dog and cat but it turns out I did not need I so I phoned with over 2.5 weeks before the intended stay to cancel. I have never been treated so unprofessionally or spoken to so rudely by a business owner, he said he has been turning people away for theses dates daily to which I said I hoped he would get them filled. The owner then told me to never phone there again or try to make a booking!!! He has no worries on that front - I wouldn't leave my pets with such a volatile, angry and rude person.

Called to arrange a viewing with them, I was told they 'didn't have time for my questions'. Atrociously rude woman on the phone, would never leave my pet there. They need to learn about customer service.

Really lovely kennels and surroundings. Lots of family pets so guaranteed mine were going to be well looked after. Love this place and would heartedly recommend to anyone. Very clean and all heated. My pets were very well cared for and came home happy.
