Rude, unwelcoming and offensive

Absolutely appalled. I have a condition that affects collagen throughout my body and I have a severe skin condition including open cuts on my hands. I need to have breaks from using sanitiser, using soap and water regularly and sanitiser when I can, I carry my own. I went in today and was asked to use their sanitiser and I politely and very apologetically replied I couldn't and the reason why. Their response "WELL YOU CAN'TTOUCH ANYTHING THEN". I turned right around and have no intention of returning! Ignorance is no excuse.
