I've bought a couple of Bonsai now from them. Both through their website and delivered to me and I would gladly use them again. The trees were the exact ones I chose from their site, they were well packed and delivered promptly. I regularly check their site to see what new additions they have for sale and I expect I will buying from them again in the near future. I ordered a Bonsai to give as a birthday present. My order was processed quickly and sent out via their own courier for delivery within 24hrs. Unfortunately the third party courier caused some delays with my order, but Greenwood Bonsai Studio were fantastic in resolving the issue and ensuring the tree is delivered in time for my boyfriends birthday.
