From the outset we were made welcomed. The attitude and listening to our needs was second to none. Owner was professional and explained everything that we asked of him. 3D plans were created on their computer. Whatever we asked to change or redesign it was never a problem. Always keen to help and advise. Reminding us that we had to be satisfied and not rush into decisions. Work began. The workers explained at all times what they were doing in their field of expertise along each stage of the refurbishment. Any issues or problems raised by them were quickly resolved. Both were clean and tidy workers. Any teething problems were quickly rectified by the owner or his hard working fixer. In essence without hesitation we would highly recommend Greenstones. It’s a family run business and they treated us as part of their family in any contact that we had with them. Nothing was ever a problem for them. At all times any issues raised were resolved as quickly as possible. Thank You GREENSTONES !

We had our new bathroom installed in January 2018,the workmen were very clean and hard working.The quality of the products was excellent,and we are exfremely pleased with the outcome. The one thing we liked was the workmen never left the job to do another, as some do,and kept us informed of daily progress.Inshort we would highly recommend greenstone.

After sales service is terrible! Paid over £6000 for our bathroom and had problems with it from the very beginning, 3years later still trying to get them to show an interest and put it right! Different staff every time we go in and complain. Really wanted to give a local business our custom - big mistake!

Greenstones were excellent from start to finish on my kitchen project. From design stage to installation I couldn't of asked for more. I now have a stunning kitchen and everyone that comes to visit remarks on how stunning it is. I plan on using Greenstones to do my bathrooms too as I know they will do an amazing job! Highly recommend
