Stay clear of greens mobile mechanix

Greens done a service on my van the told me something could do with changing mind no issues b4 they done work .I agreed .drove away with alot of noise and crunching phoned they came bk .said ball joint gone replaced .drove away again still same but now alot worse phoned left messages but no shows very bad going to have to pay some else to put rite what greens did to it.

REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS, HEATER FAN AND RESISTOR CHANGED. VERY HAPPY, THANKS DAN

I have used Greens Mobile Mechanics a few times for various problems and Dan is one nice guy. Dan + 1, sorry didn’t get the other mechanics name, fitted 2 rear shock absorbers and replaced the heater fan and resistor to my 08 Punto. I can visually see the difference in ride height and it’s nice to have the heater fans working again. One bonus is I now have working aircon, something I wasn’t sure worked.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! They BROKE my car.

Shame I cannot rate these guys a ZERO! It’s 1 star! A few days after Dan and his brother had put new brake pads, I had a warning light showing WEAR OF BRAKES. I texted Dan on Thursday 26th Nov and explained the situation and he texted back that he will book me in. And I texted again on Monday 30th Nov if they gonna help me or I should go somewhere else. This is in between me calling them and Dan ignoring me. Tuesday at 8pm he finally texted that he will book me in on Friday, no time whatsoever. Called and texted no answer as to what time on Friday. Friday 4th November I called at 17.50 and had a reply, can I call you later. WOW! Bare in mind I reached out on 26th November. I decided to take my car to VW who confirmed that these guys broke my wiring loom. I believe they KNOW they broke it, thus not returning my calls/texts. 8th December, they haven’t contacted me. Now I am waiting to see if they will pay me back my money as they promised that every job they do has a 3 month warranty.

They came out when they said they would,serviced my car,very happy with the work carried out,found a fault so booked them in again to carry out the repair,so the car run like a dream,have recommended to friends and family.thankyou both.
