Ummm really

Came at very short notice to give me a quote , accepted without haggling , turned up today to do the work , I said hi , him and his crew got into van I assume to have a cuppa , drove off and not returned , umm that’s cocked this weekends plans up . Wouldn’t use this company . Based on that one experience. 14 phone calls and no reply , we sit here wondering why the bothered to turn up at all if they had no intention of doing the work ?
