The service I got when I left my car in for repairs was first class and the repairs was very speedy and finished to the highest standard, I would recommend them to all.

Although recommended, I have to say I was not expecting the exceptional level of service & workmanship I received. A+. I had bad damage on driver side of car from third party damage, along with some other smaller areas needing repaired. Gareth and Natalie are easy and nice to deal with, friendly, helpful, informative, Natalie even phoned me on her day off!. They made the process easy as mine was a third party insurance, but they just said they needed a claim reference number and the insurance company name and they could do the rest. Great!. The date I needed the car back moved up and they responded immediately, ensuring my car was ready for collection at the revised deadline, this only gave them one day to do it, but they did it - happily. Couldn't tell there was ever any damage. I would never pass them now, I have every confidence in their professional standard of work and confidence in their professional but friendly attitudes to customer service.

I called into Greenisland Body Repair Centre to get a quotation for a repair to a damaged car door and rear bumper. Nathan came out to inspect the damage and provided me with a detailed written quotation for the work required within a day of the inspection. The quotation compared very favourably with other quotations that I obtained. Having agreed to proceed with the repair, Natalie booked the car in and kept us up to date regarding progress. We were also provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the repair, which was completed within the agreed budget and timeframe. We were absolutely delighted with the end result, the quality of work, and the great customer care that both Nathan and Natalie showed throughout. In summary Greenisland Body Repair Centre provided good value for money, great customer care and a high quality of work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan, Natalie and their team.

Excellent work done to repair our front bumper. Natalie was a brilliant smiley face who was super helpful in getting all booked in and sorted too.
