Very Poor Customer Service - No Communication After Spending Close to £400 - Avoid

Similar to other reviews. Spent a significant amount of money with this company on an order. Text them to let them no of an alternative address, no reply. Several days without a response, I emailed to double check what the order status was, no reply. I then got an email saying my order had been refunded, yet no money had been returned to my account. I called and emailed to ask what was going on, no response. Nearly a week without a reply after spending nearly £400 with this company. This was a national order, perhaps they are better locally, but from what others have said I would avoid.

Damaged our gate while delivering coal. Total lack of respect for customers property.Even though there was CCTV footage of incident proving it was them that caused the damage they flatly denied liability. Emailed to get details of insurance to make a claim for damage caused but all communication was completely ignored. Hung up on me when I tried to speak to them over the phone. Totally unprofessional attitude with lack of respect for the customer

I ordered 2 Ton of smokeless pre-packed coal from these guys delivery lads carried the sacks from the lorry straight into my shed. I will be ordering again thanks guys.
