Helpful notes

We visited this cafe last Friday and it was a lovely day for being able to sit outside. Despite waiting for the table to be cleared, we waited in vain for it to be wiped with a damp cloth. Coffee served in tall glasses is fine, but trying to serve on tiny saucers is a non-starter. Our waiter did replace the saucer after unfortunately spilling one of the coffees, but at the time we were unaware that the liquid had spilled through the slats in the table and onto a leather handbag. We discovered this as we left the cafe. I suggest that tables are cleaned after people visit, it would be better not to have saucers if they are all small & difficult to manoeuvre. Unsure about the sharing of blankets in cooler weather! Otherwise, the coffee taste was pleasant.
