TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
I was not told of day for measuring up of back door window replacement and handle , it was ordered and came in wrong size after finally turning up to be measured TWICE I might add by 2 different fitters ( not to put ANY blame on fitters) I was not called to arrange time to measure, fit or reasured when the glass that was the wrong size would be sorted , then when finally fitted 30 days later from the day I called to get an estimate, there was NO apology from the manager/owner but an over the phone on loud speaker a discussing response to myself and the fitter regarding myself not being made aware of the final fit of the glass.
The customer service is disgusting!!!!

couldn't fault the levels of professionalism couldn't be more helpful. would most certainly use GY Glass again and would always recommend them. thanks Steve, karen, Brian Kevin and all the team at GY Glass

Awful company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We were told 7-10 days for our cat flap to be fitted, after multiple call back promises (and not getting 1), they finally turned up.... 2 months later! haray.... or NOT, we have provided the cat flap, it had been taken in when we paid in FULL, it has a SQUARE inside, the glass had been cut with a LARGE ROUND hole, not even slightly compatible with the cat flap!!! They are now saying it’s our fault for not buying a standard cat flap.... despite having had the flap for 2 months, they hadn’t checked the size that needed cutting or even the shape!!!! Now to fight to get our money back..... I am so upset, and our cats are very agitated at being shut inside for so long too :(

Not the best customer service or workmanship. Got told off for complaining about the work they done, Shouted down the phone at me, not very professional. Wrong silicone used and the to many gaps worried water would leak. Was told the silicone what was needed is not available but I got it off Ebay pretty easily. Also got charged more than quoted price.

Sadly my experience of Great Yarmouth Glass is not so positive. I wanted to give the work to a local company and although knew I was paying slightly over the top, gave them the job and paid the deposit. Was given an installation date which came and passed so on phoning them was told that they had a job with a school and would be a week late. The guys were great and did a first class job. Obviously. I was expecting a bill for the balance. Three weeks passed and didn't get the bill! Telephoned the company on the 15th of September 2016 and advised them that I hadn't had a bill and that I was going away for a week on the 16th, and asked when I would receive my FENSA certificate. During that week. the bill was duly sent but unfortunately they also decided to send me a snotty reminder two days later saying I was overdue with my payment.
as I say, the workers and job was first class,
but the management ......?



28/09/16 Still no Fensa certificate!!!
