Old School Customer Service

Nice to be able to leave a positive garage review after a long time. Gravells is a step back to when customer service was important and they make you feel valued. Think they know my car better than me and what service items are due next. Have been very pleased with my Sportage and its nice to know I also have a garage I can depend on. Thanks everyone.

I went to Gravells Abergavenny because they came highly recommended, due to their top class customer service; the recommendation was spot on. From first engaging with them about what I was looking for, through to the purchase of a vehicle, the customer service was spot on, if I could’ve scored 6-stars, I would have. I dealt with Carwyn, who is helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy from beginning to end.
