5To achieve installing an efficient modern fire, it was necessary to do much more work than we had anticipated. The old fire-surround required removal and also the fireplace inset into the chimney breast. That was all fully explained and though messy, was done with tremendous care creating little mess and no damage to surrounding decoration. Tony gave great advice on choosing the new fire-surround and voluntarily, Kim arranged for us to talk with the manufacturers to achieve a result that was right for us. The installation was completed on time, with great attention to detail and the result is superb. Works created minimal disruption to us and where the anticipated tiny amount of redecoration is required, George has prepared it very well.
