Andy reacted promptly to my first query, and came across as genuinely motivated when he saw the job that needed doing. He explained how they would work, and gave me a verbal quote and said he was happy to match if I got a like for like lower quote. Payment on completion is very reassuring.

They could fit us in the following week and turned up as announced. Danny and Kay got on with it caringly even though it wasn't the best weather, and covered the unfinished roof in case it would rain after work. They removed the old asbestos roof panels themselves - which I'm sure saves cost and not all companies do as standard - and left the place tidy. The finish looks good and secure.

When an issue appeared they came round the same morning to sort it. They offer 25 year guarantee and they have already proven to me they are a company you can rely on!
