Absolutely terrible customer service. Order 3 canvas prints on 16th May. Website stated that orders were being despatched within 15 working days. Now 5+ weeks later I am no closer to receiving my order (which is a birthday present for 26th June) I have requested that my order be cancelled and a refund be processed but this has been refused.
They can’t process orders placed over 5 weeks ago yet they are still taking new orders and people’s money without being able to fulfil their obligations to the customer! I fully appreciate the difficulties they must be having due to COVID-19, but if they aren’t able to process orders and get them shipped out then they shouldn’t still be taking people money.

We made it very clear at the point of ordering and subsequent comms that we had delays due to staffing having to social distance. All the information is on the website.
