Dead goldfish

Purchased six goldfish and one died shortly after arriving home and putting it in the pond. Phoned and received apology and was told could have a replacement if I went back. Pointed out I lived some fifteen miles away and with the cost of petrol not feasible. Was told if I phoned back next day and spoke to Clare would receive a refund. Did so but this was refused as no refunds only replacements permitted on livestock. Pointed out fish was in the bin and couldn’t be produced even if I went back. Reiterated that only replacement allowed. The cost was only £5 and will write this off to bad customer service. Will not be using this Company again.

Unfriendly

Very unfriendly man serving in the shop, very rude and unprofessional, he couldn’t really be bothered and obviously wasn’t interested in doing business, apparently he can be like that, so go retire, won’t be back.
