New manager VERY RUDE! Never had problem before. Always excellent food, but when ordered on this occasion, told 45 mins. Phoned after 1.15 mins. Told "It's almost ready." 2 hours after placing order, phoned again. "Just going out now." 3.10 mins after placing order, phoned to cancel. Just then, driver turned up. Asked how long since he left the restaurant, "10-15 mins". Told manager I didn't appreciate being lied to. The manager got VERY abusive: "We don't want your sort of custom." Fine. We'll take our business elsewhere. Damn shame the attitude of the new manager spoilt the best restaurant I've come across for Indian food. Even driver said things had gone downhill since the new manager started there a few weeks ago. Driver was about to leave/stop working for them! Had to microwave the food as it was cold. Can see a lot of similar reviews during the last few weeks since this guy took over... so I know it's not just an isolated incident. New manager fails to deliver. LITERALLY!

Got a takeaway for the family as a treat, at the weekend. Absolutely delicious, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely foods again tonight. We had Chicken Tikka Morisa, lakshare Lamb. Mouth watering taste. Receptionists was really helpful and explained more about which special dishes I should order. Great Experience.

I very much like their dishes and service, awesome location next to my house. The staff members are always kind. Highly recommended.
