Called to get our dishwasher repaired. We knew it was the heating element as been looked at before but understood they needed to diagnose it themselves.
Was quoted £60 call out charge, £35 heating element and the rest was labour so £120 although. Was told the engineer would bring heating elements with him. The engineer came out the next day agreed it was the heating element but had none with him. He said he'd call tomorrow morning with a time he'd be out to fix it as he had the heating element at the shop. No phone call by 2pm so I called to be told it would cost at least another £160 not including the £60 already paid. The man was very rude on the phone. I explained we would never of agreed to someone coming out if it was going to cost more to fix then buy a new one (roughly)
The engineer also added on parts we didn't need like pipes to take water away. The dishwasher worked just no hot water.
Just money grabbers.... AWFUL COMPANY!!!

Service non existent. I emailed them on Oct 18th with a problem with the door on the freezer compartment in my fridge. Waited over a week for reply. They asked for photos which I sent. Waited 2 weeks, got reply saying they weren't clear, sent them again. Waited around 3 weeks thinking they had ordered the part . Then got an email asking if I'd got it fixed yet they were out of touch with where the customers were! This was now late November! Phoned and talked to a guy maybe Tony? Not sure. After 10 minutes he 'found' me on his computer. Said he would resource a new door and send me a quote. That's the last I heard it's now January , 3 months since my original query and nothing has been done, nobody has even come to look at the fridge. Hopeless. Would never deal with them again.

Mike was vey helpful. bought a replacement bulb for a my Oven, advised how to loosen glass cover and use extraction tool worked great done in seconds.

fantastic service as always,Mike on the end of the phone was very helpful with the information on the part that was required to fix my siemens washing machine ,even offering advice on fitting the item if doing it myself.i decided to leave it to the professionals and had Kevin arrive to do the job.he was very friendly and efficient at his job and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dishwasher repair not fixed

Paid £55 call out charge for a dishwasher repair which they thought they had fixed, but they did not. Despite many phone calls to the shop to arrange for them to come back and resolve the problem, we did not hear back from them even after several weeks. We decided to cut our losses and pay for another company. Would not recommend them based upon our experience.
