Grab A Cab

Worst firm ever. You left my female friend without a cab. You told us 20 minutes. We called 3 times after it was late. Told you had extended the last drop off and now she didnt have one?! You cant do that to people, let alone a female on her own

Don't waste your time with this bunch of amateurs. Booked weeks in advanced then let down at 11 on a Sunday evening. Useless

Awful - not even worth one star! Never turned up and wouldn’t answer the phone, got a bus instead! Avoid!

We booked this company to take our party to an 80s festival This event was 5 miles from where we were staying so my initial thought £11.50 a head return was a pricey as he had minibus full but carried on We were picked up in a dirty minibus by a scruffy looking guy at 1030 and taken off to the event. So after a fun but long day in 30 degree heat we left, our driver told us he couldn’t return to the same spot and gave us instructions to meet in a carpark “a couple of hundred yards” from the event at 23:00 and was prepaid for the return. This carpark was according to my Iwatch exactly 2.2 miles from where we were. So we arrived in the car park at 11:02 to find no minibus.I then saw the minibus go past twice obviously taking other fares who didn’t prepay him. We met at least 20 other people waiting under the same circumstances in the car park. He finally pitched up after several phone calls & lies at 12:10 with no apology then taking too many people with kids sat in the footwell

This taxi company took our booking, took payment at the time of the booking - which we have since found that they added an extra £9 on!! The mini bus they sent was dirty and smelly and the driver was constantly answering a number of mobile phones, fiddling with paperwork or the radio whilst driving. The return journey was a farce, the taxi was booked by at least four different parties for the same time - all of whom had paid up front. The driver paid no notice to any complaints, he was clearly just racking up the cash and to hell with the consequences. On the return journey, the driver overloaded the mini bus to try and get one of the other parties in at the same time as us. Do not use this taxi company under any circumstances as they will take your money, add a bit on and not give a thought for how they will satisfy the booking. I have had to give them a 1 Star rating but, if I’m honest, this is way too generous, I just can’t give them any less.
