I am trying to start my own business and was struggling to find the right packaging.
Gottleibs invited me round with my products and I was personally shown all the packaging they thought would be suitable, with in 20 mins I was sorted and on my way! Very helpful and very friendly!

Amazing Supplier, crucial to our business

I can’t recommend Gottlieb enough!! Amazing customer service from all staff, especially Andy and Leanne. No matter how big or small the job, they’ll always have the right answers and help. Amazing and thorough knowledge throughout, came up with some hard to fix solutions and provided insight and recommendations that have been invaluable to the growth of our business. 11/10!

Pick up the phone !

Have dealt with Gotleib for more than 5 years , always cleared our account within 30 days of receiving there invoice . Called to place an order recently and was told our account was on hold !! It turns out we hadn't made payment for an invoice we didn't receive ??!! Question :- How difficult is it to pick up the phone if payment has not been received ? Surely that would be a better way to deal with a good paying , loyal ( up to now ) customer than refusing to supply goods . Wouldn't it ? Alan T .
