John did a major remodelling of three bathrooms four years ago. Called him back, as a shower valve leaking. John came promptly, even though it was no fault of his, replaced under warranty FOC. When we had original quote for work 4 years ago, was not the cheapest, but time has shown a good decision. Reminds me of John Ruskin quote:
"It's unwise to pay too much...but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do.

Go Shower did us proud and created us a 1st class bathroom on time and on budget. We were looked after from start to finish.

John offers a fantastic service, with clear and concise communication.

On multiple occasions John has clearly explained the root cause of an issue, provided a clear path to resolution and then fixed the issue with minimal fuss and disruption.

An excellent service and John is now my go to plumber for any issue.
