Very disappointed excellent refurbish wife has a disability and poor access to cafe which refused her service as she arrived 5 minutes late due to this. Pity I have been visiting for 20 years and will not return.

A woman named Olivia on the front desk was very helpful in helping me find a beautiful selection of house plants for my friends birthday, I would highly recommend going to the front desk as you walk in. Warm and friendly, Excellent service! Thank you again Olivia.

Signposts needed.

First and last time of going in this garden center. I was pleasantly wandering around in the houseplant section but it became too hot. I needed to get outside to cool down as I felt a little queezy with the heat. I couldn't find how to get out because it is not very well signposted. I seemed to be going in circles. I couldn't see a staff member to ask how to get out. You need decent signposts.

Great place to visit at all times of the year

Have been visiting Gordon Riggs for years and always had great service. So much to choose from and excellent quality - whether plants or gifts. Excellent prices. Have dined at both Bottoms Cafe and the Pop Up Cafe across at the Garden Centre. Wide variety of food and always really good quality and service. Friends and relatives from away always want to visit there. I can strongly recommend it to everyone.
