Had three pairs of new(ish) jeans that were to baggy, Goodrich bespoke adjusted them to perfection, I will just have to keep weight off.

Very disappointing, would not recommend

Took in a pair of trousers a week ago, last Thursday for a simple waist alteration. The lady measured & pinned the trousers informing me I should return a week later on Thursday. I arrived Thursday to find nothing had been done & the same lady inferring she'd meant Friday. She had told me Thursday. I say again. Thursday. Thursday. And to be honest, the overall impression was one of indifference & aloofness. By the way - a quote from their info page: "We also offer a full high quality alteration service, with fast turn around." I'm not local to Wokingham & had traveled via train to collect the trousers. And with an overseas trip for work looming, I'm unable to travel up & down for someone elses incompetence. Their website claims to do anything from sewing on a button to tailor made suits.
One has the impression that unless you're there to be fitted for a pricey suit, other smalls fall by the wayside. Not impressed.
