A personal local family run company, established since 2002. Carrying out domestic and commercial tree work to high standards.

We undertake all aspects of tree work. From large and difficult tree removals to hedge cutting, also stump grinding and log deliveries.

Our staff have over 25 years combined international experience and our expert climbers have tackled some of the most difficult jobs.

We carry out work for both commercial and domestic and also benefit from international experience. We have all the relevant qualifications and our public liability insurance covers us for damage up to £5 million.

Quality of work is our priority and our customer satisfaction is a product of this.

A great haircut for our garden trees

Goodfellers came to reduce the height of bushes/trees in our garden and to remove dead branches from a cherry tree. They were very businesslike in their approach, visiting, submitting estimate and keeping to time. We are very happy with the result - a much shapelier and tidier garden, exactly as we wanted. We can wholeheartedly recommend.

Goodfellers live up to their name: good fellers! Excellent!

Goodfellers have just completed some tree surgery work for us in Canterbury and we are delighted! Phil demsontrated his expert knowledge when he first came round. He arrived with his team on the day as promised, and carried out the work efficiently, with expertise and courtesy — tidying up all the debris before they left.

I would strongly recommend them.

Highly recommended

I would not hesitate to highly recommend Goodfellers Tree Surgeons. In my experience, they are honest, reliable and skilled in their work.
Phil offered good advice on the tree I needed pruning, and his skilled work left me knowing I had chosen the right people for the job.
The shape of a Himalayan birch can be ruined very easily if pruned incorrectly, but Phil managed to reduce the height of the tree, maintaining a perfect shape.

Consistent High standard

I have employed Good-fellers a number of times since 2006.They have always done an excellent job. Phil is a delight to have working for you, I cant say enough in his praise.
In January we had a very large Lime tree down which had a TPO on it It was taken down with care and they cleaned up well afterwards.
I have no problem in recomending him

Excellent help for a strange request

I recently got married and for the big day I wanted to build a cup cake tower out of wood slices. I called Phil at Goodfellers and he couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. On a cold wet morning we met at his yard and he spent the next hour chainsawing slices until we had the perfect set of discs for the tower. His knowledge and skill was excellent and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks once again to Phil.
