Very helpful, I came in with an idea of what I wanted and was told that I was right on track, then the manager Tony offered further advice which was even better, my mattress and bed arrived on time and is extremely comfortable, very happy with the overall service and great value for money, will definitely buy from here again.

My daughter bought a mattress and bed base and I have bought a mattress. The quality of the mattresses is fantastic. The delivery was spot on and within 4 days - and the delivery men offered to help take the mattress up 2 flights of stairs!. The Manager, Tony, is a delightful and helpful man. All round service - first class! Will definitely buy from here again!

The customer service is first class. A friendly , polite and very helpful team. An excellent knowledge of their products but no hard sale pressure to buy. I have ordered 2 mattresses and 1 bed base and both orders were delivered within a week . Delivery guys were great took the item upstairs and unwrapped it and put the mattresses on the bed . Very customer orientated 10/10 would recommend .
