AVOID, AWFUL, £85+ ORDER RUINED.1
Made a £85+ order for me and my relatives for a big get together.
Order was made at 7:00 in the evening and was told it would be with us within 40 minutes, seems all okay, great.
ALMOST 2 HOURS passed, no sign of the food whatsoever so called them up and was snapped at and told "to just wait and don't call unless want more food" (???? charming! , would like the first lot of food I paid over £85 for first thanks before even imagining to ever order anything more!), 2 hours and 35 minutes later, the food finally shows up and just had the food bags shoved to me by an incredibly rude, disgruntled, miserable driver of who I mentioned the food was almost 2 hours late to and he just LAUGHED and said "whatever"!!
No apology, nothing, just ATTITUDE.
And may I add the food was stone cold, the vegetable mix in sauce tasted foul and overall it was practically inedible.
I urge NOBODY to order from them, worst experience ever, simply appalling.
Good quality but a little expensive3
The service is always fast and friendly and there are a few seats while you are waiting (only take out/delivery).
The dishes I can recommend are the chicken with cashew nuts and the dry shredded beef. The crispy spring rolls are some of the least greasy I have tasted (faint praise I suppose!) Special mention for the prawn crackers which are provided in a large serving. they are very large and tasty if you like that kind of thing.
Love that Crispy Duck3
Most of the dishes we have ordered from there have been good, but the stand out favourite at our house is the Crispy Duck Pancakes - love that hoi sin sauce that goes with it! I also like their very flavoursome Chicken & Cashew nuts which comes with a mass of cashews. They also offer some Thai dishes, though we have just stuck to the Chinese options to date.
