GONUL COUTURE DESIGNS

Gonul is a highly experienced and well respected dress maker with many years experience working for private and commercial clients. Based in South-West London, Gonul offers a variety of bespoke services including exclusive evening wear, made to measure soft furnishings, as well as standard alterations and repairs. Clients are able to bring their own fabrics or choose from a small selection from Gonul's collection.

ABOUT GONUL

Before starting Gonul Couture Designs, Gonul worked with Bruce Oldfield and Caroline Charles. Gonul’s clients include various celebrities, Members of Parliament and young professionals. She designs for all occasions from bridal to professional wear. Gonul has also designed for TV commercials including for Cadburys chocolate.

A self-confessed “perfectionist”, Gonul says “fashion is in my blood”. Gonul combines three decades’ worth of experience with her creativity and passion for detail.

AN AMAZING LADY

I have known Gonul for many years and she has made, altered, redesigned, repaired many garments for me over the years and all to the most exacting standard as she is a real perfectionist. She has also made lined curtains for me and all to the same standard. I would not go to anyone else and I have recommended her to many people over the years who have all thanked me for the introduction. Also, she is the most lovely person and a delight to be with and I feel privileged to call her my friend.

She is simple one of the best in her profession!

We have known Gonul for over 15 years and she is a master with the needle. She has designed outstanding dresses for me for special occasions and she continuously alterates clothes for our
18-year old son who wants his clothes to fit him to measure. Gonul does not only help us to look our best when we go out, she also has assisted us with the interior designs of our home. When ever we need a room to be redecorated she helps us to pick the fabrics for different kind of curtains, Roman blinds and bed throws with matching cushions. We do not know what we would do without Gonul. She is highly professional, incredible knowledgable and one of the best tailors we have come across. We have recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Best custom dress design experience and product

Gonul created a custom dress for me that was out of this world! She guided me through the entire process from selecting the fabric to the final touches. Working with Gonul has been the best experience I’ve had with custom dressmaking. I highly recommend any woman to work with Gonul to create the dress of her dreams with 100% satisfaction.
