Waste of time, space and skin

After a lengthy conversation with someone here about a particular part to repair a kitchen tap where I had made it VERY clear what I needed, I was persuaded to travel from Darwen and waste 50 mins of my life driving from and back to Darwen by someone who said he had exactly what I needed. When I got there, not only did they have nothing remotely like what I needed, but the bloke I spoke to conveniently wasn't there. What an utter waste of space they are, never again.

Disgusting humiliating foul mouthed staff

Appalling service and humiliating experience at this place. I and my family have always used this place for plumbing supplies but never again. Whilst speaking to my plumber about the required items needed for my job the old man working at the shop insulted me using foul language thinking I don't understand their language. Utter disgrace and no self respect or respect to others. This place does not even deserve the star I had to give it to leave this review.
