Ordered king prawn chow mein and no onion but when picked up and went home realised there’s is no king prawns and full of onion ( due to my dietary I can’t eat onion) contacted them but they refused to send me another one and their excuse was they don’t have a driver , when I mentioned that I saw their delivery man at store they responded that they can’t send him out !!! They offered a discount for the NEXT TIME I order with them . When I told them that I can’t eat the food they called me being AWKWARD and advised me to pick out the onion . So be careful what you order they charge you more than what you receive . The guy was rude and didn’t care . Never order with them again . I never seen anyone call customer awkward due to their diet.

Never order from them again. Poor service and messed up order

The most disgusting and disrespectful attitude towards a customer I've ever experienced get your order wrong and when you ring to explain their error they keep hanging up on you. Drive up there to speak to them in person and they refuse a refund and any replacement

Not covered in grease like some takeaways. Always nice food. When they have got something wrong on an order they have always rectified and apologised BUT they don't mess up very often. Not sure why there are bad reviews for them, we choose to order from them and they are further away than most for us. Can't complain :)

Tried to place an order for home delivery and was refused , even though it was within the stated delivery area . Glad a then read the reviews as looks like the food is crap anyhow ����
