Rude and condescending the man is. The lady is ok.
Says the phone is repaired, you get to the shop to pick up and it's not fixed. Tells you to wait on the couch in the waiting area because he'll only be 5 minutes.
You sit.
His friend or countryman comes. They start a conversation that lasts forever as you sit there.
You get sick of waiting and interrupt the conversation stating why you are waiting.
He gets angry.
He starts shouting. I don't think so!
I start shouting back
His country man gets involved and holds my hand.
I shove him out of the way.
It's Karate time..
I calmly warn him of my martial arts expertise.
He calms down, returns to the rear of the shop presumably fixing my phone.
His friend is with me in the waiting area and they are talking and laughing loudly.
He emerges with my phone.
Dusty but fixed.
I don't pay and walk out.
That'll teach him.
I live locally and he's welcome to stop me on the street and ask for his money anytime.

I took my phone in to get repaired. They replaced all of the inside parts with cheap Chinese rubbish that was falling apart, when I went back in to speak to them they called me an English p i g. They were very very rude and have destroyed a very expensive phone

Went in to get a battery for my phone had to wait half an hour for it to be fitted. When he was finished he gave me back the phone with elastic bands round it and blamed the weather for my mobile phone not sticking together also doesn’t garentee work. Avoid at all costs
