Now an online certified Yoga school, with 20 years experience, dedicated to your physical well-being, mental clarity, and emotional balance. No matter what your yoga level you will be very warmly welcomed.

We offer regular in-person, online and pre recorded classes. As well as popup classes, workshops, and retreats in Cornwall, Ireland and Europe. All have an inviting fun atmosphere and friendly ambience.

In addition to regular live classes in Falmouth & Penryn with Founder Dr Sri Radha Sharon O'Neill, the GGYC team in Cornwall and Ireland also offer one-on-one sessions.

We are very proud to offer live teacher training from Exeter. Practitioners of all levels are welcome on courses from beginners seeking foundational guidance to teachers and specialist postgraduate courses applicants.
