Unhappy hungry diners

I would not even be want to give a one star rating for our meal.
The very thought of the food makes my stomach curdle, it was all inedible.
We did complain as the chicken tikka was very salty and chewy and I had to ask for salad as it did not come with salad, which consisted of 2 slices each of cucumber, carrot, tomatoe and a tiny amount of white cabbage.
My husbands chicken jafna (as they did not do madras) and rice was left as this was also disgusting and the garlic nan (as they did not do a keema nan) was cooked around the edges and stodgy in the middle also left as was the so called bombay type potatoes.
The popadoms were about the best thing but only had jam type dips ie sweet chilli sauce and mango chutney and one other similar dip.
The beer was also warm.
The premises seemed clean enough but very cold inside but dirty outside the entrance in the fenced in front garden.
There was no ambiance as we were the only two all evening - and now I know why.
The waiter did discount the bill by £5, which really was not nearly enough, but we just wanted pay the bill to leave to go home.
The bill even had a gratuity amount on it and was entered into the credit card machine by the waiter and when I queried this he said that the amount entered was correct.
To sum up - very very disappointed.
