1Never again. You get what you pay for. Its one of the cheapest, but Id say go for the one thats a a pound or two more for better customer service and have less stress on a journey.
Most of Their drivers are rude and some will literally start speeding if not happy about something just to prove a point, even with children in the car.
I could write a book about my experience with Gold Star Diamond. Please avoid if you can help it. They are not worth your money.
