Had my wedding dress altered at Gold Needle. Katie and Olga is excellent and super professionals. I couldn't be happier and they both new exactly what I wanted. Very reasonable pricing for the talent these ladies have.

I first went to Gold Needle over 4 years ago. Now after alterations to many garments, I am convinced that Gold Needle is the best and their service is a very valuable assess to the local community.
Olga’s understanding of her craft is superb, her skills first class, and her advice of how to achieve the required result is just as important. If a customer knows what he/she wants, Gold Needle will deliver, with quality, on time and at a reasonable price.

A complete letdown

After reading reviews I was convinced that Gold Needle was the place to take my wedding dress for some simple alterations. Sadly I was badly let down by the quality of work (leaving the dress unwearable) and customer service (still argumentatively charging me for work which had been poorly executed and rendered my dress useless) resulting in me having to take my dress elsewhere for many further alterations to repair the damage done at Gold Needle- costing me overall almost the full value of the dress.

Had my wedding dress altered here and found them so lovely to deal with. Lovely lady gave me some great suggestions to help the dress sit better on the day which I think saved a lot of hassle. The price was really reasonable too, usually when u say weddding people add a zero on! But the price was more than fair. I also brought in a jacket and some bikinis for altering and all jobs were done to a very high standard, would definitely reccomend Gold Needle and will be back for all my alterations :)
