Awful Experience

I have paid quite a lot of money for their cleaning services and that has ben really poor. Apart from total unprofessional staff, who simply do not seem to care, the property was left in roughly the same condition as before. Dust everywhere and not actually having done whet they got paid for. They offer a fix price but with a pretext of having enough cleaners to do the work only in a couple of hours, is ending up to costing much more since they are not doing the work.

Awful experience and i would strongly recommend against this service.

Ghastly experience

The firm undertook to do an end of tenancy clean of all the living areas including the bathroom and kitchen. Nothing appeared to have been done, the work surfaces were not clean, the fridge freezer had not been cleaned, there were the colours of mould left in the bathroom, nothing had been hoovered and the dust could be wiped with a finger tip. The whole job was disgusting.

The team at GoGo Cleaning were fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Mo and his friendly team. They left our commercial kitchen, including the gas range and the extractor, gleaming. A bit thanks to them all.

Did an end of tenancy clean for a student house - very good communication and friendly staff. Some areas were missed out of the clean - when this was raised with the company, they offered to resend their team within two days. As this was not possible, a refund was arranged. Very cooperative and understanding - bathrooms were cleaned to a very high standard.
