After a good start, our experience wasn't so positive from the time of the installation onwards.
There were several disappointments. To name a few:
1. After agreeing to do it, they did NOT attach the tap before fixing the granite so we now have no cupboard back under the sink because our builder had to cut it out to install the tap afterwards.
2. The colour and finish was not what we expected and we'd NOT been told we were entitled to view (and reject) the actual slab BEFORE it was cut.
3. The overhangs are inconsistent and less than the expected 20mm is a problem for us.
4. The underside of the breakfast bar is just raw. It has a dusty, chalky feel and collects black marks from oily fingers. We expected it would be polished and were not even offered the choice!
Most disappointing was the dismissive approach to our concerns. They chased hard for the balance with little interest in making us happy. Having sought legal advice we agreed a settlement.
Wouldn't recommend.

Recently used GoForGranite in Worcestershire and was exceptionally pleased with the service and end result. They guided us through what would look best with our kitchen design and colour schemes and it looks just amazing. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We used this company for a small installation and refurbishment on a flat we own. We live abroad and only visit a couple of times a year and less with COVID. On our first visit to the property after the work was completed we noted the surface of the material installed was blistered. We reported this and the company visited to inspect and said they had never seen this before. Then they did not bother to come back to us for over a year. When we next visited which was delayed by COVID we chased up with an email. Eventually we got a "not interested" email and our fitters didn't report an issue so it must have been you or your kitchen fitter. This is no more than i expected. The issue with the granite doesn't bother me personally anywhere near as much as the way it was dealt with and the company not coming back to us at all until we again chased them, speaks volumes. AVOID!!

Excellent customer service, quick and easy. Templated, delivered and fitted quartz work tops within two weeks. Would highly recommend, good selection samples. Thank you very much

I was quoted and signed a contract for Caesarstone kitchen & WC worktops.
They installed a cheap alternative. I have lost £4k.
