I hope you’re well. I’m writing to express my concern about how my son has been treated by Mr. Michael. After his games, Mr. Michael turns off the lights right away and refuses to help the players change, claiming he’s too busy. This behavior is quite rude and disappointing, especially since they’ve been loyal customers for years.

Additionally, I’ve heard that he recently banned my son and his friends from playing football, which seems completely unnecessary. It’s upsetting to see my son and his friends feel disrespected in a place they enjoy.

Absolutely brilliant what a night , staff very friendly ,hall just right size ,staff very helpful , if I had to say something bad it would be the toilets they are disgusting, and it’s a shame they don’t have a late licence 10pm bar shut for adults party is to early it just gets warmed up then it’s over but all in all great night thank you

If i could give 0 stars i would. Food is dropped on the floor and still given to kids. I saw a whole pizza being dropped behind the counter and then picked up and served to a kid’s birthday party. Staff is unhelpful and impolite. Birthday parties are expensive considering some cost over £250 just for some frozen food and a disgusting party room which is tiny and expected to fit 15 people in it. You’re better off hosting your kids birthday party in a park than paying so much money for rubbish. No gloves are used when preparing and serving the food, jugs for juice are dirty and reused without being washed between kids. I received food poisoning from eating one of their hot dogs, can’t even imagine the amount of kids that have gotten ill or had stomach problems due to this food. Overall terrible- wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
