I can’t believe anyone is out of work

Went to the store today . Asked them to supply exactly what I would need to start cooking . I’ve been without power for 2 days now . I part with £150 . I get home to find I need a gas regulator and hose !!! I phone the store to be told they don’t supply them . I think they recruit their staff from curry pc world failures !!! Unbelievable

Lin need of a charity

ordered tent, girls hat and membership card from them, ai only got a tent and no card or hat. Customer service was so rude and after weeks of emails they never refund missing items or replaced them. So as a customer I had to donate £15 to poor go outdoors company. I also made my purchase through topcashback app so was expecting to get 15% cashback from my purchase but instead of tha Go Outdoors lied to customer service at Topcashback that I returned my purchase and they refunded me witch never happen m A lot of lies to make unfair business using attractive advertising and not making their promises to came to an action. Feel sorry for this poor company

I went there & despite the problems the Sat Nav had finding it, the customer service experience made up for it. The person who helped me locate items, made suggestions & was really friendly. At least x2 of the workers there were helpful & recognized my consumer needs, x1 was not as helpful as the other x2 but they were not rude either.

Be aware really bad service

Bought a fishing rod bag for my daughter to put her new fishing rods that she had for Christmas in
When unzipped the bag there were marks and holes inside when returned I was told that because there was a small muddy mark on the bottom and the item smelled of fish I could not have a refund despite having it for less than 24h
As my daughter has not yet removed the plastic wrapping form her new fishing rods let alone use them I am very confused how this Can be ? The muddy mark is so slight that one wipe with a damp cloth would have removed it completely
I have been told that the item must be sent to the manufacturer to assess the damage inside and the holes etc: this can take up to 4 weeks despite all the stock in store being the same so there must be a fault with the meteral being used ,Very disappointed as I was a regular customer and have found this store very good in the past I understand that the company has changed hands recently and I feel that this company in going downhill
