Caused me a wasted trip and to miss the only opportunity I had to pick up a click-and-collect order, by shutting doors an hour early for the football, without any warning to customers. Clearly didn't care when I called to try to get it delivered and couldn't even bring themselves to offer an apology, let alone get it delivered in good time.

You aren't the only ones who might have to work before a football match. I can understand wanting to close early, but to do so without any warning and with a clear disregard for your customers is incredibly frustrating. Won't be using you again.
