Go Displays

Great job from start to finish. Very helpful staff and an amazing product all at good value. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time and care on their business to achieve customer satisfaction and return business - I would certainly use them again!! I highly recommend.

We ordered an exhibition stand through Go Displays for a conference we were attending. After downloading the product spec from their website we designed the stand and tried to submit the artwork. Their website upload section is terrible and crashed every time, so I place the file in an open box.net folder, which for some reason they could not access. When I finally did get the artwork to them I was told the specs on the website were wrong and it would need to be redesigned - resulting in more time wasted. When the stand arrived we noticed a spelling error (our mistake but wasn't helped by the constant messing around with the artwork due to them giving wrong info). After resending we were again told the artwork was the wrong size, which was incorrect and due to their customer service checking against the wrong spec sheet. Overall the whole process was complicated and unpleasant, and I got the impression as soon as they get your money they really don't care about what happens.

bought 3 bags direct from their website for exhibition panels - when they arrived they have fleece linings and as we use Velcro on the exhibition panels (not unexpected!) this meant I couldn't get the panels into or out of the bags as they'd just stick themselves to the fleece lining! Contacted to return but they have a no-returns policy even tho it was because item not accurately described and hiding behind business-to-business law, further apparently it was my fault because I didn't email to ask if bags had fleece linings like I should have telepathic powers to know that they lined a bag without describing it!

We used to buy folding panel kits from Go Displays. They trade under the name RAP Industries.

We had an item sent direct to a customer that arrived damaged.

They refused to sort out the problem and send a replacement. We ended up giving our customer who had the damaged goods a refund and an apology.

After much time arguing with RAP Industries and getting nowhere, we issued a County Court Summons that we subsequently won and got our money back with costs.

It was the last time we ever dealt with the company and obviously could not recommend.

Do not use Go-Display. I was searching for a product with specific criteria and sent them an email enquiring about this. They responded with a quote for the product and my organisation purchased this. When the product arrived it didn't match what we asked for resulting in us asking for an exchange for the correct product or a refund. After being shunned for over three weeks I finally managed to get through to the Director who had an appalling attitude, was exceptionally rude and didn't accept that they had done anything wrong. The customer service was dreadful which can be reinforced by the lack of a comment section on the website - just a testimonial page which they have cherry picked. We are now looking into taking this further.

I regularly use office suppliers and was completely shocked by this company's (and Director's) behaviour. There are plenty of other great suppliers out there so it shouldn't be difficult to find what your looking for elsewhere. Don't go Go Display!
