Go 4 Floors

Poor customer experience and wouldn’t recommend. We waited in on three separate days for our fully pre paid flooring to be fitted. Promised that someone was on their way but never showed. It appears this company has one fitter and had a genuine reason for being off work, however despite continued promises, no one showed up and I had to continuously chase for a response. Eventually floor was fitted by a contractor on the 4th attempt, however beading and finishing wasn’t completed and this was a further date we had to chase for. Extremely disappointed and would recommend considering the benefit of shopping local, which in this case, wasn’t worth it. Dissatisfied from start to finish and wouldn’t go near again.

Recently had a new Kitchen Floor fitted by Ian and we were delighted with the standard of work carried out, from Brian coming out to Measure and Paulene providing us with a prompt quote everything was conducted with high standards.
We would recommend GO 4 Floors to anyone looking for any type of Floor covering.

We contracted GO 4 Floors to use quality Laminate to do most of our bungalow house.
Have to say that they were very good. Dome confusion between staff and pricing but once sorted the service was excellent and we have had no problems thus far.

Time will tell if the laminate is number 4 quality but that will take years, at the moment we are very satisfied with the service and finish. We removed skirting rather than using trim so looks really good.
