Phoned about water coming out of my fascia/soffit and texted photos and a video. He said it looks bad and will come the next day to have a look. I texted the next day and phoned around 4pm as no sign of him. He didn’t show up and have heard nothing from him. My family and I are worried about this problem causing damage to our home; he even said the problem looks bad and still didn’t come even though he said he would. Would’ve have been nice if this was communicated so I could have made alternative arrangements quicker to try and reduce any further damage to our home.

GM Roofing worked on my property in August 2024, Replacing roof and extention with new tiles, soffit and guttering. The team were on time daily worked well to complete the task on time for roughcasting work the following week. GM Roofing organised scaffolders, Skips and roughcasting to ensure we did not have to worry about the organisation of the job. We were very happy with the work Greame and the team have done.
