Absolute disappointment

I got cctv system installed about two years ago. It worked well for first couple if months and then I couldn't get live image on other handheld devices. The problem was fixed temporarily at a cost. For the past one year I've been calling them and visiting their shop only to be disappointed by false promises and vague excuses.
I should have gone through some of the coustomer reviews as they reflect my experience word for a word.

Nice and polite guys but no professionalism whatsoever. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Extremely disappointing. Expensive but inferior camera and DVR products. The owner and his staff had very limited knowledge of the DVR unit they sold me. Never has worked properly. The camera's were constantly switching themselves off. The engineer made countless number of trips to my house to try and rectify the issues. I had to wait several days for an engineer to become available and because they never answer their phone I always had to make a trip to the shop to report any issues I was having. A year after the system was installed one camera has stopped working altogether. I'm now expecting the other three to follow suit. Such a waste of money and time. I will not recommend this shop to my worse enemy. Avoid them like a plague not unless you don't mind the inconvenience and headache they will put you through.

Poor customer service, poor quality products..

When I was in the market for a CCTV system last year, I stumbled upon globeteck as I was passing by their showroom. They talked a good game and their quote was similar to other providers but I decided to go ahead with the work as they were a local independent firm.
They had originally told me that the job would take half a day but it ended up taking 3 days. They also tried to sell me extra products at every opportunity when it wasn't part of the original package price and the costs just kept accumulating.
Moreover, while they were doing my job, two of the workman left on the first day leaving one person behind at my project and this delayed things. I later learned that the other two geezers had been totally unprofessional and were working on a commercial contract while still trying to fit my job in and therefore messing me around.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and the system has stopped working. The parts they have used are cheap quality!,

LED lights

When you're shopping for LED lights, it's important to find one that provides the amount of light you need. You'll also want to consider how the light emits from the bulb, and the dimensions of the bulb and base. Globeteck have the best lights in town and since I stumbled across the store once I've been back several times.
You won't be disappointed with the quality of the products or the service you'll receive!
