They are allocated 30 minutes on each visit to care for the patient - you’d be lucky to get 5-10 minutes. Caring for someone means ensuring their personal hygiene is met, this does not happen! We have had to have numerous calls with the manager about the times they help the patient as the time schedule has rarely been met. This is appalling and we will be taking it further. Get more staff, have further training, and get a grip!

This NON caring company was assigned to care for my Mother in-law on Fri 16/12/2022 (she is a lady of 83 years at home to be cared for in her remaining time as she has terminal cancer. She also came home with hospital acquired Covid and pneumonia meaning that she needs the best care possible). It is now 19/12/2022 they have only turned up one out of 3 mornings! She was left for a total of about 21 hours without any sign of any carers. When they come for middle of the day and evening they are only there for 5-10 mins. The carers speak in a foreign language that we do not understand in front of the patient and family. They do not communicate properly with the patient. If this the level of care this company gives then where is the comfort, dignity and help required for this time in her life? I had to go and help with what was needed this morning even though I am quite unwell with Covid. All together it has been a very traumatic and upsetting experience for the patient and her family.
