Glenrands Land Rover

I cannot speak too highly of the Glenrands team.
I was en route to France via the Portsmouth ferry with 24 hours till departure. My Disco 4 developed a hub problem with the potential for a major accident
Glenrands were the nearest proper LR specialist. The problem was that we wouldn’t reach them until 15 minutes before closing.
However, from the moment Nicky answered the phone the whole approach from every one of the team was “can do”, “we want to help”, “we will get you to your ferry”, and every positive way of supporting us. They checked out the problem and found 2 hub mounting bolts were loose.
They did a thorough, professional check of the whole wheel assembly and re secured the hub.
The job was completed with no rushing well after their closing time and there was not a hint of any hassle or pressure, just the desire to get it sorted.
I have not met any other garage with that people and service centred approach for many, many years.

After a vehicle health check a couple of things were pointed out to me that i was unaware of but a nice surprise awaited me when picking up the vehicle as it had been valeted inside and out.

I'd had an issue with my Range Rover for well over a year and had been researching how to fix it. Ross and the team offer to help. Although Glenrands are 3hrs/130 miles away from me, I felt it was worth the trip. And it really was.

They provided me a courtesy car while they investigated and also ran a health check on the vehicle, with Ross keeping me fully informed all the way though. After a lot of effort, the team got to the bottom of the issue and during the health check also found an unrelated serious problem elsewhere (providing me with a video showing me the concern). After talking me through everything, I authorised the work and everything was done efficiently - with a couple of little extras thrown in too.

The car was ready when agreed, spotlessly clean as they had valeted it inside and out and just perfect!

A great experience, skilful and knowledgeable engineers, overall excellent friendly service which allowed me to fall back in love with my old Range Rover. Thanks.

Ross and his team at Glenrands did a great job on my Range Rover. They serviced my car and had it ready, sparkling clean, right on time. Pleasant and easy! Will definitely use them again.

Everyone at Glenrands has been great. Did a fantastic job of fixing my landrover and also servicing another in the family. Honest, straight up, solutions orientated (had to rebuild my ancient fuel lines from scratch) and reliable. A pleasure to deal with.
