I bought a Jaguar xj from Glencairn Motors , there was a couple of minor faults that i thought needed addressed. John from Glencairn Motors could not have been more helpful , would i buy a car from them again YES

bought car few weeks ago had few problems, took car back from me for repair issue not resolved first time took car back again no questions asked gave me courtesy car till my own car was fully repaired, top class service will deffo return friendly approachable staff been told any further recurrence of problems to return could not fault staff happy car is now repaired and would deffo not hesitate to recommend or return

I would never buy another car from this company.I paid £2495 for a car.After doing under 100 miles it cost me over £180 for a new starter motor and new battery.After doing 260 miles in 11 months I put it in for M.O.T. it cost me another£254 to get repairs done for to get it M.O.T.d.There was also advisories for work to be done to the lower suspension arm rear bushes and clutch pipe.This work has still to be done with a quote of £117.60 for the bushes and labour. I still have to get quote for the clutch pipe. Buy a car from this dealer at your own risk.
