Glazing Doctor recently came and replaced the glass in our company front door. They came the same day I called and quoted a very good price within 10 mins. They were quick, polite and excellent value. Highly recommend

I have paid him £5,200 to fix the conservatory first Lucas said his mum passed away we understand that he needed some time so we giving Lucas time to recover of two weeks.

Good morning, I’m afraid Lucas is very ill in intensive care at the minute, I am unsure of what job needs doing for yourself but I am trying to get other contractors out where I can, can you please let me know what needs doing and when this was booked in

Now he stopped answering the phone.
Lucas caused lot of stress to my wife she's a doctor if she doesn't need any more stress
& a lot of trouble to the Family by not answering.
My solicitor will be acting on our behalf first thing tomorrow morning.

Don't trust the Man with you money at all

Made an appointment, cancelled a day of work, he never showed up. I called, he said he'd "forgotten" to write the appointment in his book & couldn't come at all that day. I said I'd call back with a new date. When I called his partner said he couldn't come to the phone but would call me back as soon as possible. That was 2 weeks ago. BEWARE this incompetent, disorganised time-waster.
