We’ve just had our Rockdoor fitted by Glass Exchange and are so impressed by the entire service. Chris came out and surveyed our door following a website enquiry and we received a quotation a few days later. After confirming we wanted to go ahead with the quote, we received a call from Jamie who booked us in for fitting. Chris and Jamie were both very professional and communicated with us from enquiry to fitting. On the day Jason and Steve arrived promptly, removed our old door and then fitted our new door to the highest of standards. They were clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. I needed a window replacement (which was ordered and fitted very quickly) and lock mechanisms not working which were fixed straightaway.
