Shocking service

I contacted the company 20th Feb via Facebook they replied to my first message sent someone out to measure the windows I needed replaced a couple of days later , I am STILL waiting on them getting back to me with a price for the windows no email , phone call , nothing , the customer service is shocking from this company wouldn’t recommend them
