Incredibly nice staff, amazing skills, didn’t want the massage to end!

Absolutely amazing massage. A lovely lady, Michalela, did my shoulder, neck and back massage. She was incredibly professional, calming, and nice. I left with the pain in my neck completely gone. I didn’t want the massage to end! Would 100 percent recommend.

A real oasis

I have gone to Katie for massage for months now. A lovely person and great massages.
I have also seen Adam for a back issue. He is great too. I love this place. If I could afford it, I would be there every day .

Stumbled across Ginger when I was in need of back ache relief. Wonderful and very tailored massage by Nadya who really gets to understand you and what you need. Now go regularly and its superb every time.

Always a lovely experience

I have had a very different experience to the others writing reviews. I have always found Suzie to be really welcoming and helpful. She even makes me tea when I turn up a little too early!

Also, what many don't know is that each of the therapists working at Ginger is self employed and runs their own calendar. They rent the rooms from Suzie...so sometimes a bad therapist can give the others a bad name when it's not warranted. They are separate businesses.

Personally, I go to see Nadya (her business is called White Orchid) who does all aspects of beauty treatments, massage, reflexology and more. She is one of the kindest and most gentle souls I've ever met and her massages are heavenly. She really knows what she's doing.

Big thanks to Nadya and Suzie for always putting me right.

Suzie, the Receptionist is SO RUDE

1
I have been going to ginger for a while to have acupuncture with Sarah [lovely person], but have have now had so many bad and rude experiences with Suzie the receptionist or owner [never quite sure!] who essentially doesn't believe you if you are ill on the day and can't make it. I go to Ginger because I have a long term condition which some days gets the better of me. She is so rude and always behaves like she is doing you a favour by giving you an appointment. Have decided it is no longer the effort of trying to find parking in town and will now go and take my business elsewhere -sorry Sarah-would come to you if you were operating from anywhere else !

Hi Zena, Firstly apologies for your experience here at ginger not to have meet your expectation, we never wish for our customers to leave us any less than fully satisfied with the service provided, be that with the therapist or indeed with the reception staff. Personal apologies from me if you found me to be rude, it is neither my way or in the interests of my business to provide our customers with a less than excellent service, obviously it was less than adaquate in your case. I notice that your review Zena is dated October 2016, Sarah actually left us for an extended maternity leave in April 2016 and your review has only just been posted in July 2017 over a year later. I have looked back through our records and also spoken to Sarah and unfortunately we can find no record of you to get in touch, but if you would like to see Sarah she does indeed hold clinics elsewhere and I would be delighted to put you in touch.
