I’m a new customer, referred by my builder… Amazing service they were with me within 2 hours of calling. Very helpful and polite. Sorted out the issue quickly and we’re adaptable and understanding when I was in a rush to get elsewhere.

As always this time of year you hope your boiler will last the winter, anyway through our insurance we dealt with Giles Heating and what a great service we received. They were out in no time, we needed a new part which was fitted in days. A warm house again, thank you Giles Heating

Excellent service always.

We are a small hotel in Bournemouth and boiler reliability is one of our major concerns.
We have used Giles Heating for close on 20 years and the service and prices they provide are second to none.Recently in this severe cold spell one of our boilers broke down, within 24 hours the new part was ordered and fitted and a new pump fitted into our second boiler which had also failed, the guys are friendly and professional and are a pleasure to have around.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

HAD USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS- THEN HAD A NEW BOILER FITTED. WERE OVERCHARGED-AND STILL NOT RECEIVED OUR MONEY BACK. LEFT WITH A HOLE IN THE CEILING AND LEAKING ROOF FOR 3 MONTHS. COMPANY NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS DESPITE PROMISES.
CEILING HAS BEEN PLASTERED BY THE COMPANNY OWNER AND WOULD LOOK BETTER IF DONE BY A 3 YEAR OLD. NEW FIBRE GLASS ROOF HAS BEEN RUINED.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE MESSED ABOUT AND DISAPPOINTED
